Bass Bar

A wooden stick runs along the top on the side of the bass strings. It is called bass bar. The shape of my bass bar is based on the shape you will find the the classical instruments. If it is good for a Strad it is good for one of mine. It is important that the bass bar will run under the foot of the bridge, for support and to allow sound projection.
